The 10 x 1/1 gastronorm compatible FCC 10S compact combination oven offers a range of features that makes it easy to produce consistently great food. Manual controls with alphanumeric display, 99 programme storage capacity (with up to 4 individual steps in each) and hand shower - this combination oven is ideal for any kitchen but with a width of only 510mm it is perfect for those with limited space. Multilevel and Just in Time cooking modes enable food items that require different cooking times to be cooked simultaneously. This model requires an additional water treatment system.
