It has been manufactured to the highest specification with a stainless steel front and enamelled control panel. The cooking surface is manufactured in a special 3cm thick refractory stone. Each ovens feature internal lighting, glass viewing window, electronic temperature control, electronic flame control with cut-off switch and mechanical thermostat.
